High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is a digital video/audio interface technology, which is a dedicated digital interface suitable for image transmission, which can transmit audio and image signals at the same time, with a maximum data transmission speed of 48Gbps (version 2.1). There is also no need for digital/analog or analog/digital conversion before signal transmission. HDMI can be combined with Broadband Digital Content Protection (HDCP) to prevent unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted audio-visual content.
